Place an Order:
Simply leave a comment or email us at duobytwinsisters@yahoo.co.id using our template:
1. Name
2. Email Address
3. Item(s) number
4. Colour / Size (if any)

An Invoice will be sent to you upon confirmation. We will only reserve your item(s) for 24 hour and payment should be made within 24 hour to secure your item.

Payment:
We Accept payment by:
Singapore
DBS/POSB ATM transfer.
Indonesia
BCA - E-Banking or ATM transfer.

For ATM transfer, please e-mail us a snapshot of your transaction receipt as a proof of transfer. All scanned receipt will not be accepterd.

Upon receipt of payment, your item will be mailed to you ASAP within 2 working days.

Delivery:
Singapore
We will use Singapore Post to post your item(s) with normal postage or registered mail upon request.
Normal Postage per item: $1 to 1.50 (depending on the weight of clothing)
Subsequent item: Additional $0.50 per item

Registered mail: $3.20
Subsequent item: Additional $0.50 per item

Indonesia
We will use TIKI JNL to post your item(s). Further notification will be sent to your email.
- Jakarta : IDR 5.000
- Bogor : IDR 7.500
- Bandung : IDR 10.000
- Surabaya : IDR 13.000
- Semarang : IDR 12.000
- Yogyakarta : IDR 12.000
- Medan : IDR 18.000
- Makassar : IDR 20.000
All prices will be different depending on the weight of clothing.

Terms and Conditions:

By Purchasing DUO product, you have agreed on the following conditions:
1. We will not be held responsible for any lost and damage of normal mails
2. We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item received is defected and we are out of stock for exchange piece.
3. In any case of defected items, a snapshot is required as a proof and must be e-mailed to us within a week upon receipt for parcel. Further advice will be given.
4. There will be no exchange for products after wash.
5. Prices are strictly non-negotiable.
6. Duo assume the right to reject a transaction at out own discretion.

DUO reserve a right to change T&C without prior notice.
